  Kevin Wendell grew up in Baltimore, MD and shares his passion for sound, rhythm and beats to everyone.

He attended the Johns Hopkins Conservatory of Music with a concentration in Theory and Classical Music, NY Institute of Photography and Cleveland Institute of Electronics majoring in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology.

As the CEO, owner and an artist of KWJ Records he brings a unique musical aesthetic to his company.  Over the years he grown comfortable jumping genres and mashing up influences.

He won his 1st Telly Award for his music video "In The Moonlight" in 2022.
